Account – a user account created in accordance with the Terms and Conditions.
Terms and Conditions – terms of the online store Altercore.pl available at https://zibru.com/pl/content/Regulamin-3.
GDPR – Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons regarding the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation).
You – a person using services provided by Altercore.pl, purchasing goods via Altercore.pl, or receiving commercial information from us, including newsletters.

WHAT HAPPENS TO YOUR PERSONAL DATA FROM COLLECTION TO DELETION?
WHEN YOU SEND US AN INQUIRY
What data do we collect? Your email address is sufficient to respond to your inquiry. If you provide additional data necessary or helpful for handling your inquiry (e.g., your name, contact details), we will also process that data.
Purpose: To provide the commercial information you requested.
Legal basis: Processing is necessary to take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract.
Retention period: Your data will be processed until you are no longer interested in our offer, after we respond to your inquiry.
Who has access? Apart from our employees, only our email service provider, limited to hosting purposes.
WHEN YOU SUBSCRIBE TO THE NEWSLETTER
What data do we collect? Just your email address, which can be entered:
a) in the pop-up window on the Altercore.pl website
b) when creating an Account
c) when placing an order (as a guest or via Account)
Purpose: To send you commercial information about Altercore.pl’s current product offer, promotional offers, and discount codes.
Legal basis: Your explicit consent via checkbox before submitting your data.
Retention period: Until you withdraw your consent. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before its withdrawal.
Who has access? Your email is shared only with MailerLite, our newsletter provider.
WHEN YOU MAKE A PURCHASE
What data do we collect?

Optional: tax ID (NIP), billing address (if different)
Purpose: To conclude and perform the sales contract with you, including confirming your order and shipping goods. Without this data, the contract cannot be concluded or executed.
Legal basis:
a) Performance of the sales contract, including warranty or complaints
b) Legal obligations related to accounting
Retention period:
a) Throughout the contract period and warranty/guarantee period, or longer if legal disputes arise
b) For tax purposes – generally 5 years from the end of the year in which the purchase was made
Who has access? Only entities we cooperate with (e.g., suppliers, accounting, hosting, email services), all under data processing agreements.
WHEN YOU CREATE AN ACCOUNT
What data do we collect? Same as with purchases, plus you may provide gender, card number, and have access to order history.
Purpose: To provide electronic services. An Account speeds up future orders and stores order history.
Legal basis: Necessary for the performance of a contract for electronic services.
Retention period: As long as the Account exists. You may delete your Account and its data at any time.
Who has access? Only partners (hosting, email) under proper agreements.
