Kiedy coś uwiera lub po prostu nie ma chemii

1. Potrzebujesz czasu do namysłu? Dajemy Ci aż 30 dni, żeby zdecydować, czy chcesz zatrzymać produkt.

2. Jest oczywiście jedno „ale” – buty muszą być bezwzględnie nowe i nieużywane. Każdy ślad użytkowania zaprzepaści szansę na włączenie ich z powrotem do sprzedaży.

3. Prosimy o zwrot produktów w oryginalnym opakowaniu.

4. Pamiętaj o dołączeniu dowodu zakupu (paragonu, faktury lub ewentualnie maila potwierdzającego złożenie zamówienia).

5. Konieczne jest również dołączenie formularza zwrotu lub wymiany. Znajdziesz go w jednym arkuszu w swoim zamówieniu. Wypisz albo stronę ZWROT albo stronę WYMIANA i odsyłaj produkty z pewnością, że będziemy wiedzieć, czego od nas potrzebujesz.

6. Możesz dowolnie zdecydować z jakich usług pocztowych lub kurierskich skorzystasz odsyłając nam paczkę. Jednak za tą możliwością idzie też pewne zobowiązanie – koszt przysłania nam paczki leży po
Twojej stronie.

7. Wysłane? Świetnie. Już niedługo odbierzemy paczkę, a od jej odebrania mamy 14 dni na podjęcie decyzji w Twojej sprawie.

8. Jeżeli nie masz od nas żadnej informacji – to wbrew pozorom dobre wieści! Możesz śmiało odświeżać konto w banku lub sprawdzać, czy nie pojawiła się nowa paczka. Jednak w przypadku odrzucenia zwrotu lub wymiany zobowiązujemy się dać Ci znać.

9. Jeżeli wymieniasz produkt, za pierwszym razem odeślemy Ci nową parę na nasz koszt. Jednak dopasuj buty porządnie, bo każda kolejna wymiana będzie już po Twojej stronie!

10. W przypadku zwrotu środku wrócą na Twoje konto taką samą drogą, jaką zostały nam wpłacone.

11. Psst… Jeżeli nie masz pewności, czy zatrzymasz produkt, zapłać poprzez któryś z serwisów transakcyjnych. Coś nam mówi, że takie pieniądze najszybciej do Ciebie wrócą.

12. Aha, i w żadnym wypadku nie wysyłaj do nas nic za pobraniem! Nie opłacimy takiej paczki, wróci do Ciebie – szkoda zachodu.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

When something is annoying or there is simply no chemistry

1. Need time to think? We’ll give you up to 30 days to decide if you want to keep the product.

2. There is, of course, one ‘but’ – the shoes absolutely must be new and unused. Any sign of use will negate your chance of including them back in the sale.

3. Please return the products in their original packaging.

4. Remember to enclose the proof of purchase (receipt, invoice or, if applicable, the order confirmation email).

5. you will also need to enclose a return or exchange form. You will find it in one sheet in your order. Write out either the RETURN page or the EXCHANGE page and send back the products with the confidence that we will know what you need from us.

6. You are free to decide which postal or courier services you will use when sending the package back to us. However, this option also comes with a commitment – the cost of sending us the package is on
your responsibility.

7. Sent? Great. We’ll pick up the parcel soon, and we have 14 days from receipt to make a decision on your case.

8. if you haven’t heard from us – that’s defiantly good news! You can go ahead and refresh your bank account or check for a new parcel. However, if your return or exchange is rejected, we undertake to let you know.

9. If you exchange a product, we will send you a new pair at our expense the first time. However, fit your shoes properly, because any subsequent exchange will be on your side!

10. If you return the product, the money will be credited back to your account via the same method by which it was paid to us.

11. Psst… If you are not sure if you will keep the product, pay through one of the transaction services. Something tells us that such money will come back to you the fastest.

12. oh, and under no circumstances send us anything COD! We won’t pay for such a package, it will come back to you – it’s a waste of effort.

RETURNS

Action plan for emergencies

1. We will ensure that the goods are in accordance with the contract and you can file a claim for shoes that have clearly failed, for example by losing the sole.

2. To make a claim, pack the damaged shoes in any box, enclose a claim form and proof of purchase and send it to our address.

3. You will be informed within 14 days of our receipt of the parcel about the further fate of your shoes.

4. We do not accept complaints by email or telephone! We can help and advise you this way, but the complaints process will only start when we receive your shoes.

5. We will not hide anything from you – as soon as the surveyor has established what he or she is supposed to establish, you will be told what the further procedure will look like.

6. Unfortunately, we will not accept everything you send us as a claim. Here are a few issues that may cause your claim to be rejected:
– Damage due to lack of or improper maintenance: don’t spare your shoes a bit of care, they will thank you for it in a crisis situation!
– Damage resulting from improper use: do you like to tie your shoes in an unusual way? Twist the laces around your ankles? Great, creativity is key! But bear in mind that whatever you come up with – our expert eye will recognise whether this may have contributed to the damage indicated.

– Mechanical damage: scratches, abrasions… anything can happen in everyday use. We know it and you know it, so let’s recognise that it’s just the way it is. Damage that has occurred due to external factors such as stones, branches or friends at a concert is not accepted for complaint.
– Discolouration resulting from improper maintenance/use/cleaning: a shoe as it is, everyone can see. If it changes colour other than from soiling, it unfortunately has no chance of progressing to the next stage.
– Damage due to natural wear and tear: such as the sole wearing down over time or bends appearing. The material is working and it is no one’s fault!
– Motivating complaints about undamaged footwear with abrasions or other damage to the feet: every shoe is different, just as every foot is different. Although we sell full-priced products, we cannot guarantee that it will be perfect for you. We are sorry when a product bought from us does our customers harm, but the complaint is about defects in the product, not about the fit of the size, material or cut. If you already feel something is wrong after purchase, simply use the the return or exchange option!
– Sending us dirty or wet shoes: we won’t pick up on any typical dirt from use, but we will definitely send back to the sender shoes that have just come back from a walk in the rainy woods.
As with returns and exchanges – in the case of a refund, the money will return to your account via the same route as it was paid to us. Whatever you choose, your payment will know the way home.
